January General Manager

Kevin Dutkowsky

As most of you know, February and March are historically the two busiest months of our year here at Cypress Creek. With that in mind, here are a few things we all can do to help things run smoothly on the course:

 ·         Carts: February is also one of coldest months of the year, so if you are driving your own cart to the course in the mornings, please observe Cart Path only, just on the off chance that there is frost on the ground. Additionally, if you are using a club owned golf cart and have finished your round and do not plan on playing anymore please return that cart to the cart barn so that it may be used again.

·         Tee times: There will be certain days over the next few months where time will not be an issue, however there will also be times in the coming weeks where it will be difficult to fit a group in without a tee time.  So I highly suggest, no matter what, that you make a tee time before coming out to play. Also please get to the club and the first tee with enough time to make your scheduled tee time, this normally is not a problem but one late group will then jam up the first tee for the rest of us.

·         Sign in sheet: It is extremely important that every member signs in every time they play. This not only allows the golf shop to know who is here, which can help keep the tee times on schedule but,  more importantly, also informs the staff of who is on the course in case of an emergency. If this continues to be a problem, members who failed to sign in will be asked to drive back in and do so before catching back up to their group.

·         IMPORTANT: Enjoy the company of your friends and loved ones and have fun!
