MEMBERSHIP RULES

           

 

                                                                                   

The owners of Cypress Creek Golf Club will oversee the operation of the club and golf course for the benefit of all.

 

Please review and sign below the following policies in order to fully enjoy all that Cypress Creek Golf Club has to offer.

 

AMENDMENTS:

These rules and regulations may be amended, changed, and/or corrected from time to time at the sole judgment and discretion of the Ownership and Management. Any rules and regulations governing day to day operations of the golf course and other club facilities, when posted, shall be considered part of these rules and regulations, and shall apply to the membership and their guests as if included herein.

 

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

Membership benefits include, but are not limited to the following:

• No Charge for Cart Fees
• No Charge for Greens Fees
• No Charge for Practice Balls
• Discounted Accompanied Guest Rates
• 10% Discount on Regularly Priced Golf Shop Merchandise

 

CONDUCT:

All members are expected to act in a respectful manor towards all other members, guests and employees of the club. Should this become a repetitive issue that individuals membership will be terminated with the remaining balance refunded minus the $250 initiation fee.

 

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Hours of operation fluctuate with the seasonality of the club and are subject to change from time to time depending on special events and observance of holidays.  Please inquire with the following departments as to their specific seasonal hours of operation.

• Administration

• Golf Shop
• Practice Tee
• Restaurant

 

STARTING TIMES:

Starting times may be made fourteen (14) days in advance. The club reserves the right to bill you rack rate for any booked tee times that go unused.

 

RATES:

Member’s accompanied guests receive discounted rates.  Non-member golf rates are available from the golf shop staff

 

 

 

 

PROPRIETARY MEMBERSHIPS:

Officers, directors and management of Cypress Creek Golf Club and their guests will be accorded use of the golf course and club facilities throughout the tenure of their association with the club.

 

RAIN CHECKS:

Specific to guests, play of 5 or more holes will result in a 9-hole charge and play of 14 or more holes will result in an 18-hole charge.

 

REGISTRATION:

Members and guests must register with the golf shop prior to play and members must sign the daily log book. Any member who fails to check-in properly will be asked to come back off the course and complete the check-in process.

 

PRACTICE TEE:

Practice balls are included with golf memberships

 

PACE OF PLAY:

It is the responsibility of your group to keep pace with the group directly in front of you.  Groups that are unable to keep pace may be asked to skip holes in order to improve their position and pace of play.

 

GOLF CARTS:

Members may use golf carts provided by the club or their own personal golf cart. There is a maximum of two (2) club owned carts per group. There must be two (2) golfers in a club owned cart before another cart is permitted.

·         You must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart

·                     Golf carts can have up to two riders

 

PERSONAL GOLF CARTS:

Members may use their own personal golf cart.  Cypress Creek Golf Club reserves the right to restrict use of any personal golf carts.

·         Personal golf carts must be able to legally be driven to the golf course

·                     Members using personal golf carts must register with the golf shop prior to play

·                     Personal golf carts must be in good working order and appearance

·                     The club reserves the right to deny any personal cart access

·                     Members using personal golf carts must provide proof of liability insurance ______ (Received)

·                     Members are responsible for storing their personal golf cart

 

GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE:

Members and guests are expected to have a clear understanding of golf course etiquette.

·         Allow faster players to play through

·                     Fill divots with sand

·                     Repair ball marks on greens

·                     Rake bunkers

·                     Keep carts on paths around greens, tees and all par threes

 

 

 

 

DRESS CODE:

Members and guest are expected to wear appropriate golf attire. 

·         No Denim

·                     Men may wear bermuda length shorts or slacks 

·                     Men’s shirt must have a collar

·                     Women may wear appropriate length shorts and skirts or slacks 

·                     Women’s shirts must have either sleeves or a collar

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Personal coolers are not allowed on property.  Alcohol may not be brought onto property at anytime.  The club has coolers available for your use on the golf course.

 

PROPERTY DAMAGE:

Any damage to the golf course, restaurant, golf carts, or other club property caused by any member, their designees or a member’s guest will be the responsibility of the member.

 

JUNIORS:

A junior is any family member who is under the age of 18.

·         Juniors may play the golf course under their parents membership

·                     Parents are responsible for any activity of their children while at the club

·                     Juniors under the age of 12 may not play the golf course or use the practice tee unsupervised

·                     The club reserves the right to restrict junior play at its sole discretion

 

GOLF OUTINGS / OUTSIDE EVENTS / SPECIAL EVENTS:

Cypress Creek Golf Club reserves the right to close the golf course and clubhouse for golf outings, outside events and special events.
